摘  要:为提高仪器的运行和数据处理的效率,探索应用虚拟机技术结合远程桌面搭建大型仪器公共服务平台的远程数据处理系统,用户可便捷地处理色谱和质谱数据。整个系统的基础是虚拟机,将Empower、Labsolution、MultiQuant以及Sciex OS等色谱、质谱数据处理软件分别安装到不同虚拟机中,各用户经远程桌面连接访问目标虚拟机以运行相应的数据处理程序。系统可实现数据在线采集与数据处理的分离,即数据处理不再占用仪器;用户可摆脱数据处理的时间和空间限制,在任何地点随时进行色谱与质谱数据处理。远程数据处理系统能够显著提高公共仪器平台色谱和质谱等分析仪器的运行效率,同时促进大型仪器共享及智能化管理。In order to improve the operating efficiency and data processing efficiency of the instrument,a remote data processing system is built with virtual machine and remote desktop technology on a large instrument service platform so that users could conveniently process chromatography and mass spectrometry data.The basis of the entire system is the virtual machine.The chromatography and mass spectrometry data processing software such as Empower,Labsolution,MultiQuant,and Sciex OS are installed in different virtual machines,and each user accesses the target virtual machine through a remote desktop connection to run the corresponding data processing program.On the one hand,this system can realize the separation of online data acquisition and data processing,so that data processing no longer occupies the instrument.On the other hand,users can be out of time and space constraints to perform chromatography and mass spectrometry data processing.The remote data processing systems can significantly improve the operating efficiency of analytical instruments such as chromatography and mass spectrometry on the public instrument platform while it promots the sharing and intelligent management of large instruments.
