摘 要:以往组织情境下的帮助行为研究大多站在帮助者的单边视角,探讨帮助行为对帮助者、团队和组织绩效的影响,较少从受助者的视角来考虑接受帮助给受助者的心理和行为所带来的影响。本文回顾了帮助行为的相关研究,梳理了受助者视角下接受帮助的定义与类型,回顾了受助研究的理论基础,总结了接受帮助对受助者的直接影响,以及受助者对帮助者产生的间接影响,并探讨了影响后果的调节变量,在此基础上提出组织情境中受助者视角下帮助行为的未来研究方向。The majority of the previous researches in workplace helping behavior has been concerned with the one-sided perspective of helpers,unfortunately,a comprehensive understanding of the psychological and behavioral impacts of receiving help in organizational settings from the recipient-side is still limited.The current paper provides a recipient-centric perspective on helping,shifting the limelight from the helper to the recipient.By reviewing prior studies,we clarified the definition and classification of receiving help at the workplace;reviewed the main theories that have been used in help-receiving research;summarized the direct effects of receiving help on recipients,as well as the indirect effects on helpers through recipients’response;and specified the influential factors that may impact the consequences of receiving help.Finally,we delineated potential avenues for future research.
