摘 要:实训基地是实践环节实施的重要载体。渤海船舶职业学院船舶工程技术生产性实训基地分区域进行建设,按船舶制造流程分析相应工作岗位,建设相应技能课程和配套实训设备。在现有建设基础上分析基地优化方向,实现配套的虚拟船厂和完成船舶智能制造仿真基地建设,并分析了基地建设虚实结合的必要性、重要性和先进性,对大型装备制造类的实训基地建设有一定的借鉴和指导意义。The training base is an important carrier of practice.The productive training base of ship engineering technology specialty of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College is built by zoning operation,the corresponding jobs positions are analyzed according to the shipbuilding process,and the corresponding skill courses and supporting training equipment are built.On the basis of the existing construction,the optimization direction of the training base is analyzed,the supporting virtual shipyard is realized and the construction of the ship intelligent manufacturing simulation base is completed,and the necessity,importance and advanced nature of the combination of virtual and real base construction are analyzed,which has certain reference and guiding significance for the construction of large-scale equipment manufacturing training bases.
