摘 要:目的:基于Amabile的内在动机理论,探索心理资本与创新行为的关系,以及内在动机在心理资本与创新行为的中介作用。方法:采用积极心理资本问卷、内在动机问卷、创新行为问卷对1469名大学生进行施测,运用Mplus 7.0建构中介模型检验内在动机的中介效应。结果:①心理资本与挑战困难动机、个人兴趣动机呈显著正相关(r=0.28,0.20,P<0.01),与创新行为呈显著正相关(r=0.34,P<0.001)。挑战困难动机、个人兴趣动机与创新行为呈显著正相关(r=0.57,0.48,P<0.01);②心理资本对大学生创新行为具有正向预测作用(β=0.227,P<0.01),挑战困难动机和个人兴趣动机在心理资本和创新行为之间起并列中介作用。结论:心理资本不仅能直接影响大学生的创新行为,也能通过挑战困难动机或个人兴趣动机间接影响大学生的创新行为。Objective:Based on Amabile’s intrinsic motivation theory,this paper explores the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior,as well as the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in psychological capital and innovative behavior.Methods:1469 college students were tested by the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Intrinsic Motivation Questionnaire and Innovative Behavior Questionnaire,and the mediating effect of the Intrinsic Motivation was tested by Mplus 7.0 mediating model.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between psychological capital and challenge difficulty motivation and personal interest motivation(r=0.28,0.20;P<0.01),which was significantly positively correlated with innovative behavior(r=0.34,P<0.001).There was a significantly positive correlation between challenge difficulty motivation,personal interest motivation and innovative behavior(r=0.57,0.48;P<0.01).②Psychological capital had a positive predictive effect on college students’innovative behavior(β=0.227,P<0.01),challenge difficulty motivation and personal interest motivation played a coordinating mediating role between psychological capital and innovative behavior.Conclusion:Psychological capital can not only directly influence college students’innovative behavior,but also indirectly influence college students’innovative behavior through challenge difficulty motivation or personal interest motivation.
