企业风险承担水平对环境绩效影响研究——基于高能耗上市公司的实证检验

摘　　要：以2011-2017年高能耗上市公司为研究对象,分别采用投影寻踪模型和方向距离函数计算企业的综合风险承担水平和环境绩效,再用Tobit回归模型实证风险承担水平与环境绩效的关系。结果显示,风险承担水平负向影响了企业环境绩效,且决定风险承担水平的最重要因素是行业竞争的激烈程度;企业规模对风险承担水平与环境绩效之间的关系有显著的调节作用,风险承担水平一定的情况下,规模越大的企业环境绩效越好;企业所有制未能调节风险承担水平与环境绩效之间的关系。最后,从风险角度提出了改善企业环境绩效的建议。Taking listed companies with high energy consumption from 2011 to 2017 as the research object,this paper uses projection pursuit model and directional distance function to calculate the comprehensive level of risk-taking and environmental performance of enterprises respectively,and then uses Tobit regression model to demonstrate the relationship between LRT and environmental performance.The results show that the LRT negatively affects environmental performance.The most important factor acting is the intensity of industrial competition.The firm size has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between LRT and environmental performance.With a certain level of risk taking,the larger the firm,the better its environmental performance will be.The moderating effect of the ownership was not verified.Finally,suggestions are proposed from the risk perspective for promoting the environmental performance.
