摘  要:传统的装配图拆画环节教学手段不够生动,学生学习起来比较困难。针对这一问题,该文将增强现实虚拟装配技术引入课堂,设计了一种沉浸式虚拟装配教学实验平台,采用了一种全新的基于虚拟几何特征的零件位姿检测技术,以实现精准装配。该实验平台可以使学生更加直观地理解装配概念、体验装拆装配体过程,使学生获得身临其境的装配感,同时可学习虚拟装配技术前沿知识。从最终教学效果来看,与传统教学体系相比,基于增强现实的工程图学装配图拆画沉浸式教学,能够有针对性地辅助学生的装配图学习,大大提高了学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高了教学效果。The traditional teaching method of assembly drawing is not vivid enough,so it is difficult for students to learn.To solve this problem,this paper introduced a virtual assembly technology based on the augmented reality for teaching.We designed an immersive virtual-assembly-based teaching experimental platform,and adopted a new pose detection technology based on virtual geometric features to realize accurate assembly.The experimental platform can enable students to more intuitively understand the assembly concept,experience the assembly and disassembly process,enable students to obtain an immersive sense of assembly,and learn the cutting-edge knowledge of virtual assembly technology.From the final teaching effect,compared with the traditional teaching system,the immersive teaching of assembly drawing based on augmented reality can pertinently assist students’ assembly drawing ability,greatly improve students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm,and so that improve the teaching effect.
