摘　　要：目的 评价社会技能训练对精神分裂症患者的干预效果。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据、Google Scholar、PubMed和Elsevier等电子数据库,收集2010~2020年期间有关社会技能训练对精神分裂症患者干预效果的随机对照研究,并采用Meta分析进行系统评价。结果 纳入15篇符合标准的文献,共计1545例患者。Meta分析结果显示,社会技能训练组的PANSS评分[SMD=-0.527,95%CI(-0.675,-0.379)]、SDSS评分[SMD=-0.776,95%CI(-1.040,-0.512)]和ITAQ评分[SMD=0.792,95%CI(0.469,1.114)]均优于对照组。结论 社会技能训练能够有效改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状,提高患者的社会功能和自知力水平,对患者的康复具有积极的意义。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of social skill training on schizophrenia patients by meta analysis. Methods The electronic databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Google Scholar,PubMed and Elsevier were searched to collect a randomized controlled study on the intervention effect of social skill training on schizophrenia patients from 2010 to 2019,and the meta-analysis was used for systematic evaluation. Results A total of 1545 patients were included in 15 articles that met the criteria. The results of meta analysis showed that the PANSS score [SMD =-0.527,95% CI(-0.675,-0.379)],SDSS score [SMD =-0.7776,95% CI(-1.040,-0.512)] and ITAQ score [SMD=0.792,95% CI(0.469,1.114)] were better than the control group. Conclusion Social skills training can effectively improve the psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenic patients,improve the social function and self-knowledge level of patients,and have a positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients.
