摘 要:试验旨在筛选出苹果渣发酵蛋白饲料的复合微生物菌剂。选取白地霉、啤酒酵母、根霉菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、绿色木霉分别在6%苹果渣培养基上进行单菌种、两菌种、5菌种不同混合比例发酵试验。结果显示,与对照组相比,白地霉∶啤酒酵母∶根霉菌∶枯草芽孢杆菌∶绿色木霉=2.0∶2.0∶0.5∶0.5∶1.0组合发酵效果最好,苹果渣蛋白质含量由7.985 mg/g提高至15.149 mg/g,且以15%的添加量效果最佳。研究表明,苹果渣中接种15%白地霉∶啤酒酵母∶根霉菌∶枯草芽孢杆菌∶绿色木霉=2.0∶2.0∶0.5∶0.5∶1.0能够有效提高其蛋白质含量。The experiment was to screen out the compound microbial agents for protein feed fermented by apple pomace.Selected Geotrichum candidum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhizopus oryzae, Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma viride in 6%apple pomace culture medium for single strain, two strains, five strains mixed proportion fermentation experiment. The results showed that compared with control group, the combined fermentation effect of Geotrichum candidum :Saccharomyces cerevisiae : Rhizopus oryzae : Bacillus subtilis : Trichoderma viride = 2.0 : 2.0 : 0.5 : 0.5 : 1.0 was the best, and the protein content of apple pomace increased from 7.985 mg/g to 15.149 mg/g. In the fermentation of fresh apple pomace, the addition amount of 15 % was the best. The experiment indicates that inoculation of 15% Geotrichum candidum : Saccharomyces cerevisiae : Rhizopus oryzae : Bacillus subtilis : Trichoderma viride = 2.0 : 2.0 : 0.5 : 0.5 : 1.0in apple pomace can effectively improve the protein content.
