摘　　要：精品在线开放课程是高等院校为适应新时代信息技术发展进行教学改革工程的重要组成部分,是近年来高校教学改革与专业建设的重要内容。以“单片机原理与应用”精品在线开放课程建设为例,从课程团队、课程资源、教学活动、课程评价等方面探讨应用型高校精品在线开放课程的建设,以资源共享为基础的精品在线开放课程对采用“翻转课堂”的教学模式、线上线下相结合的“混合式”教和学起到较好的促进作用,为更好地培养应用型人才提供了一种途径。Excellent online open course is an important component of the teaching reform project for colleges and universities to adapt to the development of information technology,and also an important content of the teaching reform and professional construction in colleges and universities. Taking the construction of the excellent online open courses of“Principles and Applications of Single Chip Microcomputer”as an example,the construction of the excellent online open courses in applied colleges and universities was discussed from course team,course resources,teaching activities and course evaluation. Based on resource sharing,the excellent online open courses can promote the teaching mode of“flipped classroom”and the“hybrid”mode of teaching-learning with online and offline combination. The excellent online open course provides a way to train better applied talents.
