摘 要:利用既有铁路是发展市域(郊)铁路的优先考虑模式。针对利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车的项目特征,从城市条件、客流条件、既有线条件和经济性4个方面构建层次化指标体系,基于AHP-模糊综合评价法构建利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车基本条件的综合评价模型,并应用该模型对金华市利用既有铁路开行市域列车的多个方案进行评价,遴选最优方案,结果证明该模型的正确性和普适性,可为利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车项目提供决策评价依据。The mode of utilizing existing railways to develop urban(suburban) railways is of higher priority. In view of the project characteristics of utilizing existing railways to operate urban(suburban) trains, a hierarchical indicator system is constructed from four aspects: urban conditions, passenger flow conditions, existing line conditions and economics, a comprehensive evaluation model for basic conditions of utilizing existing railways to operate urban(suburban) trains is constructed based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the model is applied to evaluate multiple schemes of utilizing existing railways to operate urban trains in Jinhua Municipality. The selection of the optimal scheme to demonstrate the correctness and universality of the model can provide a decision-making and evaluation basis for the project of utilizing existing railways to operate urban(suburban) trains.
