口腔修复美学在口腔修复中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究口腔疾病患者施用口腔修复美学的临床价值。方法60例需要行口腔修复的患者作为研究对象,按照字母分法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规的修复方法,观察组在对照组基础上加入口腔修复美学方法。比较两组患者牙齿整体美观度及口腔修复满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者牙齿美观18例,一般美观10例,不美观2例;对照组患者牙齿美观10例,一般美观12例,不美观8例;观察组患者牙齿整体美观度93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者中,13例患者非常满意,15例患者一般满意,2例患者不满意;参照组患者中,7例患者非常满意,14例患者一般满意,9例患者不满意;观察组患者的总满意度93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需要行口腔修复的患者使用口腔美学修复的治疗方法,能有效地提高患者的牙齿美观度,治疗效果极佳,有利于患者牙齿功能的恢复,明显增加患者对治疗的满意度,有利于医患关系发展,值得临床广泛采纳。Objective To study the clinical value of restorative dentistry aesthetics in patients with oral diseases.Methods A total of 60 patients requiring restorative dentistry were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the alphabetical method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional restorative dentistry,and the observation group was added restorative dentistry aesthetics on the basis of the control group.The overall dental aesthetics and dental restoration satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had 18 cases of aesthetically pleasing teeth,10 cases of generally pleasing teeth,and 2 cases of unsightly teeth;the control group had 10 cases of aesthetically pleasing teeth,12 cases of generally pleasing teeth and 8 cases of unpleasant teeth.The overall dental aesthetics of the patients in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,13 patients in the observation group were very satisfied,15 patients were generally satisfied,and 2 patients were dissatisfied;7 patients in the control group were very satisfied,14 patients were generally satisfied,and 9 patients were dissatisfied.The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients requiring restorative dentistry,restorative dentistry aesthetics can effectively improve the aesthetic degree of patients’teeth,and the treatment effect is excellent,which is conducive to the recovery of patients’tooth function,significantly increase patients’satisfaction with the treatment,and is conducive to the development of doctor-patient relationship,which is worthy of wide clinical adoption.
