摘  要:为提高生物专业课程思政的实效性,采用比较研究和行为研究等方法,以植物组织培养课程为例,开展专业课程思政路径探析.通过在教学目的中植入思政目标、在教学实施中融入思政元素、在课程考核评价中加强过程评价和嵌入思政评价内容,构建思政目标确定、思政内容融入、思政效果评价引导“三位一体”的课程思政模式.结果表明,学生的思政参与度、满意度和课程思政效果都有显著提升,课程思政取得良好成效,有效发挥了生物专业课程与思想政治理论课协同育人效应.To improve the effectiveness of curricular ideological-political education, comparative research and behavioral research were used to explore the ideological and political path of professional courses, taking the “plant tissue culture” course as an example. By implanting ideological and political objectives in teaching objectives, integrating ideological and political elements in teaching implementation, strengthening process evaluation and embedding ideological and political evaluation content in curriculum assessment and evaluation, a trinity of curriculum ideological and political mode of ideological and political objectives determination,ideological and political content integration and ideological and political effect evaluation is constructed. The results show that by combining biological courses with ideological and political theory, courses can achieve effectively the curricular ideological-political education model by integrating the goals, elements and the evaluation of ideological-political education. It gives reference to the curricular ideological-political education reform in experimental programs in other science or engineering majors.
