摘　　要：本文基于红河学院2013-2015届少数民族学生毕业半年后的就业跟踪调查,从就业去向、就业数量、就业满意度的描述、影响就业满意度的因素及分析、提升就业满意度的途径探索等方面考察了少数民族毕业生的就业情况。从就业满意度视角反映了红河学院少数民族学生的培养质量,有助于学校完善就业状况反馈机制,提升人才培养质量。Based on a follow-up investigation of ethnic minority graduates half a year in Honghe University from 2013 to 2015,this paper examines the employment situation of ethnic minority graduates from the following aspects:employment destination,number of people employed,description of employment satisfaction,factors affecting job satisfaction.It presents the training quality of graduates of ethnic minorities in Honghe University from the perspective of employment satisfaction,and helps the school to improve the feedback mechanism of employment situation and improves the quality of talent training.
