摘　　要：教育评价信息化改革是信息化时代教育的必然要求。智慧平衡测评系统是一套发展成熟且具备更新机制的在线教育评价系统,已在美国得到广泛的推广和使用。智慧平衡测评系统由三个部分组成:教师工具部分、阶段性评价部分、终结性评价部分,且具备五大设计重点:教师核心地位、通用设计理念、个性化评估方案、多元评价结构、参与型与交互性教育社区。其设计理念、技术及路径可以从评价主体、评价原则、评价结构、评价能力培养、评价结果应用等方面为我国基础教育阶段教育评价信息化的改革提供新的思路与经验借鉴。Educational evaluation informatization reform is an inevitable trend in the information age. The Smart Balanced Assessment System is a mature and updated online education evaluation system, which has been widely promoted and used in the United States. It is composed of three parts: tools for teachers, interim Assessment,Summative Assessment. The Smart Balanced assessment system has five design priorities: the emphasis on the core role of teachers, universal design concepts, personalized evaluation schemes, multiple evaluation methods, and the construction of participatory and interactive learning communities. Its design concept, technology and approaches can provide new perspectives and experience for the evaluation informatization reform in China in terms of evaluation participants, evaluation principles, evaluation structure, evaluation ability training, and application of evaluation result.
