摘 要:为解决目前水肥控制系统中存在的精度低、稳态性差、过度依赖专家经验等问题,基于模糊PID控制模型,设计一种SOA优化模糊PID的水肥控制系统。系统采用具有自适应特性的SOA算法,智能优化模糊PID控制器的量化因子、比例因子,完成对系统中各项参数的自适应调整。综合Simulink水肥控制对比实验可知,SOA优化的模糊PID控制器相较于模糊PID调节时间缩短26.7%、超调量减小3.7%,控制过程中自适应能力及稳态性强。系统以搭载Linux平台的嵌入式设备为主控器,进行水肥配比实验。结果表明该系统的混肥效果显著、调节精度高、运行过程稳定,具有一定的应用价值。In order to solve the challenges of low precision,poor stability,and over-reliance on expert experience in current water and fertilizer control systems,a water and fertilizer control system was designed based on Fuzzy PID control model.The system adopted the SOA algorithm with adaptive characteristics,intelligently optimized the quantization factor and scale factor of fuzzy PID controller,and completed the adaptive adjustment of various parameters in the system.Compared to the fuzzy PID controller,the SOA optimized fuzzy PID controller shortened the adjustment time by 26.7%and the overshoot by 3.5%,and had strong adaptability and stability in the control process.Finally,an embedded device having a Linux platform was used as the main controller to investigate the water fertilizer ratio.The results showed that the system had the advantages of fast adjustment of water and fertilizer concentration,high precision,and stable operation process,which can meet the performance requirements of modern agricultural water and fertilizer control systems.
