Research on Rural Teachers’ Professional Attraction:Review and Prospect:Basing on CO Word Analysis and Social Network Analysis

摘  要:选取CNKI数据库中乡村教师职业吸引力的相关文献,运用共词分析和社会网络分析方法,绘制研究热点知识图谱。研究发现,我国乡村教师职业吸引力将政策支持向度的乡村教师职业供给、多重藩篱向度的乡村教师职业提供、综合管理向度的乡村教师职业发展、差别补偿向度的乡村教师职业保障四个主题作为研究重点。从未来发展趋势着眼,后续研究可以考虑三个“加强”:就研究内容而言,应加强局部影响因素分化研究与整体模型构建;就研究立场而言,应立足高质量发展,加强实践立场的实证研究;就研究视域而言,应加强多学科空间视野下的乡村教师职业吸引力研究。We select the relevant literature of rural teachers’ professional attraction in CNKI database and draw the knowledge graph of research hotspots by using the methods of CO word analysis and social network analysis.It is found that the career attraction of rural teachers in China focuses on four themes:policy support oriented rural teacher career supply,multiple barrier oriented rural teacher career provision,comprehensive management oriented rural teacher career development and differential compensation oriented rural teacher career security.From the perspective of future development trend,follow-up research can consider three“strengthening”:in terms of research content,we should strengthen the differentiation research of local influencing factors and the construction of overall model.In terms of research position,we should strengthen the empirical research of practical position based on high-quality development.From the perspective of research,we should strengthen the research on the professional attraction of rural teachers from the perspective of multi-disciplinary space.
