摘  要:国家对创新型人才的需求增多,使得STEAM教育成为学者关注的热点。搜集,整理已有相关文献,总结目前国内STEAM教师的培养现状,针对STEAM教师培养存在的问题与不足,从国家政策与资金,STEAM教师目标体系构建,培养内容,培养方式和STEAM教师评价五个方面提出优化策略,以期望促进STEAM教师的发展。The increasing demand for innovative talents makes STEAM education a hot spot for scholars.By collecting and sorting out the relevant literature,the current situation of STEAM teacher training in China is summarized.In view of the problems and deficiencies in STEAM teacher training,an optimization strategies from five aspects:national policy and funding,STEAM teacher target system construction,training content,training methods and STEAM teacher evaluation,is proposed in order to promote the development of STEAM teachers.
