摘　　要：结合“管理学原理”课程的特点,针对传统教学的困境与问题,用胡格行动导向教学法对课程进行了改革,实践后发现学生的学习兴趣增强,分析问题、解决问题的能力得到提升,培养了学生创新、合作的素养,同时提升了教师的教学水平。胡格模式在实际应用中,要做好教学模式、课堂角色的转变,以及对教学任务进行科学的分解。In view of the characteristics of the course and the difficulties and problems of traditional teaching, the course of management theory is reformed with the method of Huger action-oriented teaching. The practice shows that not only the students’ learning interest is strengthened, their ability of analyzing and solving problems is improved and the quality of innovation and cooperation is cultivated, but the teachers’ teaching level is also improved. In the actual application of the Huger model, it is important to control the transformation of teaching mode and scientifically decompose the teaching task.
