摘　　要：目前我国高校教师职称评审打破了“唯论文”的局面,但并不代表对高校教师没有论文要求。文章根据A市2011年—2020年的统计数据,运用灰色系统理论改进的关联分析模型,对高等教育与区域经济发展之间的关系进行实证分析研究。结果表明区域经济稳定发展,区域经济发展状况与地区高等教育中发表论文数量有着密切关系,而与专利授权量和发明专利的授权量的关联度最小。由此得出科研成果对区域经济发展具有积极影响,高校教师职称评审应当变“唯论文”为“讲论文”,必要时重新审视专利权授予办法的结论。At present,the evaluation of the professional titles of university teachers in China has broken the situation of"dissertation only",but it does not mean that there is no requirement of thesis for university teachers.Based on the statistical data of A City from 2011 to 2020,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between higher education and regional economic development by using the correlation analysis model improved by grey system theory.The results show that the regional economy develops stably,and the regional economic development has a close relationship with the number of papers published in higher education but has the least relationship with the number of patents granted.It is concluded that the achievements of scientific research have a positive impact on the regional economic development,and the evaluation of the professional titles of university teachers should be changed from"dissertation only"to"dissertation necessary",and the methods of granting patent rights should be re-examined if necessary.
