摘 要:本研究通过将积极心理学引入高校心理育人,分别从高校心理健康教育目标、模式设计方向、活动模式、反馈机制等四个方面进行优化和创新。提出建立体验式教学为主的教学模式、按表达意愿将学生进行分类、创建小单元参与类为主的实践活动模式、以活动主题为单位进行效果调研的心理育人模式。同时在某高职院校进行实践,最终发现本研究的心理育人模式指导性和可行性较好,体验式教学能较好带动学生掌握知识;根据学生的表达意愿将学生进行分类,具有较强的指导性;小单元活动的补充,让“不会哭”的孩子也被关注到;单纯的调研,具有较强的针对性和真实性,让课程和活动变得更加“时尚”。By introducing positive psychology into psychological education in colleges and universities,this study optimizes and innovates from four aspects,namely,the goal of mental health education in colleges and universities,the direction of model design,the activity model and the feedback mechanism.This paper puts forward a new mode of psychological education,which is to establish the teaching mode of experiencing teaching,to classify the students according to their expressed wishes,to establish the practice activity mode of small units participating in the class,and to carry out the research on the effect of the activity theme.At the same time,through practice in a vocational college,it is found that the model of psychological education in this study has better guidance and feasibility,and experiential teaching can better promote students to master knowledge,and classify students according to their expression will,with a strong guidance;small unit activities to add,so that children“who don’t cry”are also concerned;simple research,with a strong focus and authenticity,so that the curriculum and activities become more“fashionable”.
