摘　　要：习近平传统文化观具有突出而重要的科学内涵与丰厚意蕴,引领新时代高校文化素质教育价值维度,展现中华底蕴、提升境界智慧、注入灵魂特质。高校需以习近平传统文化观深沉厚重的思想意蕴拉动文化素质教育第一课堂课程体系、第二课堂拓展体系与第三课堂网络体系之间联动路径,构建文化素质教育育人生态大场域,以此培养具备真才实学、可堪大任的社会主义建设者和接班人。Xi Jinping’s traditional cultural outlook has prominent and important rich connotation and scientific significance,leading the value dimension of cultural quality education in colleges and universities in the new era,displaying the Chinese foundation,enhancing the wisdom of the realm and inject the soul characteristics.Colleges and universities need true skill and genuine knowledge of Xi Jinping’s traditional culture to stimulate the linkage of cultural quality education,the first classroom curriculum system,the second classroom expansion system and the third classroom network system.We should build a cultural quality education and education ecological big field,so as to cultivate a socialist builder and successor who can really learn and bear the responsibilities.
