“立德树人”视角下的高校实验室文化育人功能及实现途径

摘　　要：习近平总书记多次指出“学校是立德树人的地方”。十九大报告更是将“落实立德树人根本任务”列入重要内容,强调学校要坚持社会主义办学方向,努力培养更多一流人才。校园文化作为一种独特的文化形态,伴随着学校的出现而产生。抓好校园文化建设,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。高校实验室文化作为校园文化的重要组成部分,具有导向、陶冶和凝聚的德育功能。其本质是从物质、制度、精神三个层面,依托各类实践活动及师生互动达到“德育”目的,高校实验室文化建设尽管取得了一些成绩,但发展不平衡不充分等问题依然存在。文章从实验室文化育人功能的内涵、原则、路径三个维度进行探讨,旨在为实验室文化育人的方法途径进行有益的探索。General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out many times that“school is a place where morality is established and people are educated”.The Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China listed“the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue”as an important content,stressing that schools should adhere to the direction of socialist education and strive to cultivate more first-class talents.As a unique cultural form,campus culture comes into being with the emergence of schools.The construction of campus culture is an effective way to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.As an important part of campus culture,university laboratory culture has the moral education function of guiding,edifying and condensing.Relying on all kinds of practical activities and teacher-student interaction,the essence of university laboratory culture is to achieve the goal of“moral education”from material,systematic and spiritual levels.Although some achievements have been made about university laboratory culture,problems such as unbalanced and inadequate development still exist.This paper discusses the function of laboratory culture education from dimensions of connotation,principle and path,aiming to explore the feasible methods and approaches of laboratory culture education.
