摘  要:立德树人是高校人才培养的关键目标。在课程思政视域下,思政课程教学模式改革,辅导员与专业课教师协同育人是必要的推手,有效发挥三全育人合力,探索多元共治模式,搭建协同育人平台,充分发挥专业课教师与辅导员协同育人积极性,培养社会主义建设者和接班人。Under the background of curriculum ideological and political education, constructing the cooperative education mechanism between counselors and professional teachers is helpful to optimize the teaching reform of ideological and political education, effectively exert the joint efforts of three complete education, explore the mode of pluralistic governance, build a cooperative education platform, stimulate the potential of counselors and professional teachers, and cultivate talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique.
