摘  要:为了探讨特教学校教师制订IEP的专业能力及协助需求,通过问卷对广东省480位特教学校教师进行调查。研究发现,教师是否制订IEP与学校规定关系密切;教师制订IEP的专业能力较为不足,且受专业背景、是否修过IEP、培训课程、任教学部和任教地区的影响;教师制订IEP有一定的协助需求,且受性别、年龄和专业背景的影响;虽然教师对IEP的重要性及必要性有较高的共识,但仍有部分教师认为现阶段不具备全面实施IEP的条件。建议教育行政部门做好实施IEP的支持性措施、特教学校为教师制订IEP提供基本条件与协助、提升特教教师制订IEP的专业能力、家长积极参与IEP的制订。In order to explore the professional competencies and assistance needs of special education school teachers in formulating individualized education program(IEP),480 special education school teachers in Guangdong province were investigated through questionnaire.The study found that whether teachers formulate IEPs is closely related to school regulations.Teachers'professional competencies to formulate IEPs is relatively insufficient,and is affected by their professional background,whether they have taken IEPs,training courses,teaching departments and teaching areas.Teachers need certain assistance in formulating IEPs,and is affected by gender,age and professional background.Although teachers have a high consensus on the importance and necessity of IEP,some teachers believe that the conditions of fully implementing IEPs are not met at this stage.It is suggested that the education administrative departments provide supporting measures for the implementation of IEPs,special education schools provide basic conditions and assistance for teachers to formulate IEPs,schools improve the professional competencies of special education teachers to formulate IEPs,and parents actively participate in the formulation of IEPs.
