摘　　要：想要解决高校思政教育面临的问题,增强实效性建设,应围绕马克思主义理论,从“获得感”着手,对“怎样教育”等一系列问题进行分析,促进教育实效性建设,增强教育满意度。首先,应对思政教育获得感进行有效把控,持续强化相关的认知。其次,应强调思政教育获得感的增强,构建教育合力。最后应对教育内容及方法等进行充分整合,最大限度地发挥思政教育促进作用。In order to solve the problems faced by ideological and political education in colleges and universities and enhance the effectiveness construction of education,we should focus on Marxist theory and analyze“how to educate”from the“sense of gain”,so as to promote the effective construction of education,and enhance education satisfaction.First of all,the sense of gain in ideological and political education should be effectively controlled,and continue to strengthen the relevant cognition.Secondly,it should emphasize the enhancement of the sense of gain of ideological and political education and build educational synergy.Finally,the content and methods of education should be fully integrated to give full play to the promoting role of ideological and political education.
