摘  要:科学合理的工资制度是师资队伍建设的重要保障。基于历史制度主义理论,分析发现自中国共产党成立以来,农村教师队伍建设的工资制度演进历经五次嬗变六个时期。国家宏观的制度背景、多重变量叠合、行动者与制度互动构成了农村教师工资制度变迁的结构性逻辑。农村教师工资制度演进趋势上既具有路径依赖性,通过学习效应、协同效应和适应性预期等机制实现自我强化;也存在“历史否决点”,呈现断裂式变迁与渐进式变迁相互交融的状态。展望未来,需要建立健全与农村师资队伍建设相适应的工资制度,促进农村教育高质量发展。A scientific and reasonable salary system is an important guarantee for the construction of rural teaching staff.Based on the analysis framework of historical institutionalism,it is found that since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the salary system of rural teacher construction has undergone five transmuta-tions and presented different forms in six periods.The structural logic of the change of rural teachers'salary system is formed by the national macro institutional background,the superposition of multiple variables,and the interaction between actors and institutions.The evolution trend of rural teacher salary system is path.dependent,and self-reinforcing through mechanisms such as learning effect,synergistic effect and adaptability expectation.There are also“historical rejection points”with a state of interblending of ruptured transition and progressive transition.From the perspective of the future,it is necessary to establish and perfect the salary system which is compatible with the construction of rural teachers,and promote the high-quality development of rural education.
