摘 要:职业教育是乡村振兴的重要助推器。文章基于2007-2018年省级面板数据构建以经济发展水平为门槛变量的门槛模型,实证检验职业教育规模、质量对乡村振兴的门槛效应。研究发现,2007-2018年我国乡村振兴整体呈现出不断上升的发展态势,但区域之间差异显著,东部高于中西部地区;职业教育规模与质量能够促进乡村振兴,但其作用大小会受到经济发展水平的约束,随着经济发展水平的不断提升,职业教育规模与质量对乡村振兴的促进作用逐渐增强;这一结果对中部地区具有普适性,但东、西部地区略有差异,西部地区职业教育规模对乡村振兴作用不受经济发展水平的影响,而东、西部地区只有当经济发展水平达到一定程度时,职业教育质量对乡村振兴促进作用才得以显现。文章提出增强经济职业教育力,强化职业教育类型特色,促进职业教育提质增量等建议以服务乡村振兴。Vocational education is an important booster for rural revitalization. Based on the provincial panel data from year 2007 to 2018 in China, this study established a threshold model with the level of economic development as the threshold variable and empirically tested the threshold effect of the scale and quality of vocational education on rural revitalization. It is found that China’s rural revitalization as a whole showed a rising trend from 2007 to 2018, but there were significant differences between regions, with the eastern part being higher than the central and western part;the scale and quality of vocational education promote rural revitalization,but its role was restricted by the level of economic development. With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development, the scale and quality of vocational education have gradually increased the promotion of rural revitalization. This result is universal to the central region, but there were slight differences between the eastern and western regions. The rural revitalization effect of the scale of vocational education in the western region was not affected by the level of economic development, while in the eastern and western regions, only when the economic development levels were higher enough, would the education quality influence rural revitalization.This paper suggests strengthening the economic vocational education capacity, enhancing the characteristics of vocational education types, and promote the quality and increment of vocational education, so as to serve rural revitalization.
