构建韶关全域现代生态产业体系的路径思考

摘　　要：现代生态产业体系是新时代高质量发展的重要体现。在全域现代生态产业体系现实背景和内涵构成的基础上,认为韶关全域现代生态产业体系需要按照绿色化、生态化、现代化,体现创新性、引领性、全域性的要求,立足于“要素、组织、空间”三个支撑和“产业生态化、生态产业化、空间全域化、产业品牌化”四个路径,构建起以现有产业和生态资源为根基,以优质高端要素、全域链网空间、“两化”融合创新为动力,以全域旅游、现代农业与食品、高端装备制造、新能源、新材料等为主导,涵盖生态农业、生态工业和生态服务业在内的全域现代生态产业体系,以此助推韶关实现生态发展和绿色发展新格局。Modern eco-industrial system is an important embodiment of high-quality development in the new era. On the basis of expounding the realistic background and connotation composition of the global modern ecoindustrial system, it is considered that the global modern eco-industrial system of Shaoguan needs to be green,ecological and modern, reflecting the requirements of innovation, leadership and global. Based on the three supports of“elements, organization and space”and the four paths of“industrial ecology, ecological industrialization, spatial globalization and industrial branding”, we will build a global modern ecological industry system covering ecological agriculture, ecological industry and ecological service industry, which is based on existing industries and ecological resources, driven by high-quality and high-end elements, global chain space and“two modernizations”integration and innovation. and dominated by the global tourism, modern agriculture and food, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, so as to help Shaoguan realize the new pattern of ecological development and green development.
