摘　　要：提升高校思想政治工作者的科学思维素养是提高高校思想政治工作科学化水平和工作效率的要求,是开创新时代高校思想政治工作新局面的要求。因为专业背景的复杂性和工作内容的特殊性,高校思想政治工作者的思维素养仍然停留于工作思维、经验思维和日常思维的层面,要提升理论素养以提高思维的深刻性、增强全局观念以提高思维的战略性、打破思维定势以提高思维的灵活性、丰富思维结构以提高思维的全面性、善用网络工具以提高思维的现代性。Cultivation of scientific thinking in college ideological and political workers is a prerequisite for the improvement of the scientific level and the efficiency of college ideological and political work.It is also required by the task of opening up a new dimension in ideological and political work.Because of the complexity of their professional background and the special nature of their job,ideological and political workers in colleges and universities are accustomed to work thinking,empirical thinking and everyday thinking.They need to deepen their thinking with improved theoretical literacy,develop strategic thinking with a global perspective,break habitual patterns to think more flexibly,enrich their mind to think more comprehensively,and make good use of online tools to improve the modernity of their thinking.
