摘 要:试验考察了蔗糖添加量、酵母发酵液pH和酵母添加量对香菇多糖提取量的影响,并采用响应面法优化了酵母发酵法提取工艺。结果表明:酵母发酵法提取香菇多糖的最佳工艺参数为:蔗糖添加量9.16 mg/mL,发酵液pH 6.02,酵母添加量0.76 mg/mL。该条件下香菇多糖得率为5.804%。此提取工艺参数良好,稳定可行,可为后续香菇多糖饲料添加剂的开发与利用提供理论基础。To explore the extraction technology of lentinan,take yeast fermentation as an example.The effects of sucrose content,pH of yeast fermentation liquid and yeast content on the extraction amount of lentinan were firstly investigated. Then,the yeast fermentation extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM),and the antioxidant activity was also studied. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters of lentinan by yeast fermentation were as follows: sucrose content 9.16 mg/mL,fermentation liquid pH 6.02,and yeast content 0.76 mg/mL. Under these conditions,the yield of lentinan was5.804%. The extraction process parameters were good,stable and feasible. This study could provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of lentinan feed additive in the future.
