摘 要:复合电源集的多电源优势在新能源发电、储能、用能领域得到广泛应用,由于结构、性能及需求等特殊性,复合电源在使用过程中存在功率分配不合理的问题。为了解决上述问题,文中在传统的单模糊逻辑控制器的基础上增加一个模糊控制器,提出一种基于双模糊逻辑控制器的能量管理策略。该策略的第一个模糊控制器基于锂电池端电压和锂电池荷电状态对电池的电量进行综合衡量,提高估算锂电池电量状态的准确度;第二个模糊控制器以负载功率、光伏功率、超级电容SOC和锂电池电量状态作为输入,根据模糊规则输出锂电池功率分配系数,进行差额功率分配。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真平台对提出的能量管理策略进行验证。仿真结果表明,所提控制策略能够根据负载需求合理分配复合电源各单元的功率输出,有效地将锂电池充放电电流控制在一定范围内,验证了该策略的有效性。The compound power supply has the advantages of multiple power sources and is widely used in the fields of new energy power generation,energy storage and energy consumption. Due to the particularity of its structure,performance and demand,the power distribution of the compound power supply is unreasonable during the application. On this basis,a fuzzy controller is added to the traditional single fuzzy logic controller,and an energy management strategy based on double fuzzy logic controllers is proposed. The first fuzzy controller of this strategy is used to comprehensively measure the battery power based on the terminal voltage and the state of charge of lithium battery,so as to improve the accuracy of estimating the state of charge of lithium battery. By taking the load power,photovoltaic power,super capacitor SOC and lithium battery power state as the input,the second fuzzy controller is used to output the lithium battery power distribution coefficient according to the fuzzy rules for the differential power distribution. The proposed energy management strategy was verified on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can reasonably distribute the power output of each unit of the composite power supply according to the load demand,and effectively control the charging and discharging current of lithium battery within a certain range,which verifies the effectiveness of this strategy.
