摘 要:为了解疫情时期民族地区地方师范类院校在线教学的现状,基于学生在线教学体验视角,从师生线上教学适应性、教学平台使用与教学方式、线上教学的利与弊、线上教学效果与满意度、线上教学的未来展望5个维度对新疆一地方师范类院校416名大学生进行问卷调查,使用SPSS软件描述性与推断性统计分析,并基于陕西、甘肃高校学生数据比较发现:民族地区地方师范院校大学生在线教学总体满意度处于一般与满意之间,对授课教师满意度高于在线教学满意度,其中,教师的“教学态度”满意度最高“,课堂互动”满意度最低。大学生在线自主学习能力欠佳,不同背景大学生的自主学习能力存在显著性差异。高校教师线上教学技能更加熟练,但线上教学方法不够灵活。学生最喜欢的教学平台是钉钉,功能是回放,教学方式是直播+录播+资源包。总体上,大学生在线上教学的赞成度不高,但依然对线上教学的未来发展持更为乐观的态度。In order to understand the situation of online teaching in local normal colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas during the epidemic period, based on students’ online teaching experience perspective,from the teachers and students online teaching adaptability, teaching platform using and teaching methods, the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching, online teaching effect and the degree of satisfaction, online teaching future five dimensions of a local normal colleges and universities in xinjiang, the questionnaire survey to 416 college students Using SPSS software to descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, and based on the shaanxi, gansu data comparison found that university students in xinjiang college students online teaching in general between satisfaction and overall satisfaction, satisfaction of the teacher is higher than the online teaching satisfaction, among them, the teacher’s "teaching" satisfaction is highest, lowest satisfaction "classroom interaction". The online autonomous learning ability of college students in Xinjiang is poor, and there are significant differences in autonomous learning ability of college students from different backgrounds. College teachers in Xinjiang are more skilled in online teaching skills, but their online teaching methods are not flexible enough. Students’ favorite teaching platform is Dingding. its function is playback, and the teaching method is live broadcast + recording + resource package. On the whole, college students in Xinjiang do not support online teaching, but they are still more optimistic about the future development of online teaching.
