摘 要:基于现阶段油田企业员工培训过程中存在的问题,相应研究学者意识到应当通过更为科学的人力资源培训方法,来进行员工个人专业素养和能力的提升,只有如此才能进一步提高油田企业的日常生产效率,让企业的发展和创新更符合时代的要求与期待。本文通过文献研究和措施分析等方式来进行差异化培训策略的思索,希望能够使得油田企业的员工素养得到进一步提升,从而让员工在日常企业发展建设中体现出更重要的价值。Based on the problems existing in the staff training process of oilfield enterprises at the present stage,the corresponding research scholars realize that more scientific human resources training methods should be used to improve the personal professional quality and ability of employees.Only in this way can we further improve the daily production efficiency of oilfield enterprises and make the development and innovation of enterprises more in line with the requirements and expectations of the times.Through literature research and measure analysis,this paper considers the differentiated training strategy,hoping to further improve the staff quality of oilfield enterprises,so as to make employees reflect more important value in the daily development and construction of enterprises.
