摘  要:教师教书育人能力的提升一直是教育界关注的重点问题,作为教育大国,中国始终在教育改革的道路上进行积极探索。我国的教育改革虽然取得了一定的成就,但相关配套措施和政策并不全面,提升教师教书育人能力存在困难。通过分析总结前期改革经验,针对我国目前高校教师能力提升存在的问题,提出将首席教授制度团队建设作为提高教师教书育人能力的一种方法,发挥高层次人才的骨干作用,带动教师队伍建设,增强学校的核心竞争力。The improvement of teachers’ teaching and educating ability has always been a key problem concerned by educational circles.As a major country in education,China has been actively exploring and innovating on the road of education reform.Although Chinese education reform has made some achievements,but the relevant supporting measures and policies are not comprehensive,and there are difficulties in improving teachers’ ability to teach and educate people.Based on the analysis and summary of the previous reform experience,aiming at the problems existing in the improvement of college teachers’ ability in China,this paper puts forward the team construction of chief professor system as a method to improve teachers’ teaching and educating ability,play the backbone role of high-level talents,drive the construction of teachers,and improve the core competitiveness of schools.
