摘 要:目的观察马尾松针提取物(PMNE)对牙本质小管的即刻封闭效果,为其防治牙本质敏感提供实验依据。方法选用37%磷酸凝胶制备牙本质小管开口的牙本质样本(n=70)。采用随机数字表法将其中60个样本随机分为乙醇组、松香涂膜组、2%PMNE组、4%PMNE组、8%PMNE组、8%PMNE涂膜组,每组均10个样本,以上各组样本分别采用无水乙醇、松香乙醇溶液、2%PMNE乙醇溶液、4%PMNE乙醇溶液、8%PMNE乙醇溶液、8%PMNE涂膜制剂均匀涂刷样本表面2层,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)观察封闭后各组牙本质表面形貌,比较各组牙本质小管口开放视野面积(ADTO)、牙本质小管口开放相对面积(PADTO)。将剩下的10个样本采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各5个样本,各组样本分别经松香乙醇溶液和8%PMNE涂膜制剂涂刷处理后无水乙醇洗脱,比较2组样本经封闭处理+无水乙醇洗脱后的牙本质表面形貌。结果2%PMNE乙醇溶液、4%PMNE乙醇溶液、8%PMNE乙醇溶液、8%PMNE涂膜组样本经封闭处理后牙本质小管均不同程度封闭,且小管口封闭程度随PMNE浓度增加而增大。松香涂膜组、4%PMNE组、8%PMNE组、8%PMNE涂膜组样本ADTO及PADTO均低于乙醇组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);8%PMNE组ADTO及PADTO略高于8%PMNE涂膜组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);8%PMNE组及8%PMNE涂膜组与松香涂膜组ADTO及PADTO比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经8%PMNE涂膜封闭处理及无水乙醇洗脱后的牙本质表面形貌与经2%PMNE封闭后表面形貌相似。结论PMNE局部短暂涂刷处理牙本质可获得良好的牙本质小管即刻封闭效果,PMNE涂膜制剂效果更好。Objective To observe the immediate sealing effect of pinus massoniana needle extract(PMNE)applied locally on dentin tubules and provide experimental basis for prevention and treatment of dentin hypersensitivity using PMNE.Method Dentin samples with open dentin tubule were prepared using 37%phosphoric acid gel.60 samples were randomly divided into ethanol group,rosin-coated group,2%PMNE group,4%PMNE group,8%PMNE group and 8%PMNE-coated group using a random number table,with 10 samples in each group.The surface of samples was transient pre-coated 2 times using ethanol solution,rosin ethanol solution,2%PMNE ethanol solution,4%PMNE ethanol solution,8%PMNE ethanol solution and 8%PMNE film-coating agent in each group respectively.The surface morphologies of dentin in each group after pre-coating were observed using field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),and the area of dentin tubular openings(ADTO)and the percentage area of dentin tubular openings(PADTO)in each group were also measured.The 10 remaining samples were divided into 2 groups,with 5 samples in each group,and the surface of samples was eluted by ethanol after transient pre-coated 2 times using rosin ethanol solution and 8%PMNE film-coating agent respectively.The morphologies of dentin surface were also observed using FESEM.Results The dentin tubules were sealed to different degrees in 2%PMNE group,4%PMNE group,8%PMNE group and 8%PMNE-coated group after the sealing treatment,and the degree of sealing of the tubules openings increased with the increase of PMNE concentration.The ADTO and PADTO of rosin-coated,4%PMNE,8%PMNE and 8%PMNE-coated group were significantly lower than that of the ethanol group,and the differences have statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADTO and PADTO of 8%PMNE group were higher than those of the 8%PMNE-coated group,but which both had no significant difference with those of the rosin-coated group(P>0.05).The morphology of dentin surface which pre-coated using 8%PMNE film-coating agent and eluted by ethanol was similar to th
