三全育人视域下高校管理人员的角色定位、现实困境和突破路径

摘　　要：大学的立身之本在于立德树人,而立德树人就是要坚持中国特色社会主义办学方向,坚持把思想政治教育工作融入到教育教学、日常管理服务全过程,实现“全员、全程、全方位”的育人目标。高校管理人员是“双一流”大学建设的重要组成部分,是思想政治教育工作协同育人不可或缺的重要力量,是教育治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要参与者。文章对高校管理人员在“三全育人”工作中的角色地位、现实困境进行了深入研究,并提出了解决的路径与策略。The root of a university education is to cultivate people's good virtue,and for the moral education,universities are to adhere to the direction of running universities with socialism with Chinese characteristics.We must integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of education,teaching,daily management and service,to operate the goal pattern of"all staff,whole process and all-Round"approach to education.University administrators are an indispensible and important force for the construction of"double first-class"universities,especially,for their ideological and political education programs.This article conducts an in-depth study on the role status,realistic dilemmas and breakthrough paths of university administrators in the efforts of"Three-All-round Education",and puts forward the solution path and strategy.
