摘 要:职教命运共同体是职业院校、企业、政府、社会等多元主体深化合作、深度融合形成的产教融合新的生态体系。政府推动有效性欠缺、企业教育功能缺位、职业院校诉求变革主动性缺失是产教深度融合下职教命运共同体构建的或然症结,需要引导宣传、强化舆论,政府推动、强化执行,搭建平台、主体协同,创新机制、增强内生力,以构建利益共担、命运与共的职教命运共同体。The vocational education community of shared future is a new ecological system for the integration of industry and education,which is formed by the deepen cooperation and deep integration of multiple subjects such as vocational colleges,enterprises,government and society.The lack of effectiveness of government promotion,the absence of enterprise education function,and the lack of initiative of vocational colleges in reform are the crucial links in the construction of vocational education community of shared future under the deep integration of industry and education.Thus,it is necessary to guide publicity and public views,enhance governmental roles,strengthen implementation,build platforms,cooperate with various subjects,innovate mechanisms,and strengthen endogenous forces to build a vocational education community of shared interests and shared future.
