摘 要:目的探讨移动学习在体格检查(心肺部分)教学中的应用及效果评价。方法研究开发设计体格检查APP(心肺部分),并作为移动学习的载体,功能包括展示体格检查(心肺部分)原理、演示体格检查、人机互动模拟;选取2020年6—12月在上海中医药大学附属普陀医院内科教研室参加体格检查实训的学员,包括见习生30人,实习生30人,均为全日制本科生;在传统教学模式基础上,将体格检查APP引入移动学习,辅助教师讲解演示,辅助学生学习演练;以问卷调查的方式了解APP的使用体验,明确移动学习和传统教学相结合的教学方式在知识掌握、学习兴趣、自主学习能力等方面的作用评价。结果目前,该APP可以展示心肺体格检查的原理、动态演示体格检查过程、互动式体格检查,基本满足教学和学习需要;问卷调查显示,移动学习的教学方式能够帮助学生理解理论知识、激发学习兴趣、提高学习积极性、增强技能掌握能力。结论体格检查APP能满足教师教学和学生学习的需要,移动学习的教学方式能被学生接纳并促进学习,值得在教学中进一步推广。Objective To discuss the application and effect of mobile learning in physical examination(heart and lung)teaching.Methods The APP of physical examination(heart and lung),with functions including demonstrating the principles of physical examination(heart and lung),showing the physical examination and simulation of human-computer interaction,was designed and acted as the carrier of mobile learning.Undergraduate students who participated in the training of physical examination in Teaching and Research Section of Internal Medicine,Putuo Hospital,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to December 2020,including 30 probationers and 30 trainees,were selected.On the basis of traditional teaching,the APP of physical examination was applied in mobile learning,assisting teaching's lecture and students'practice.Questionnaire survey was used to collect users'experience and evaluate the teaching method combining mobile learning and traditional teaching in the aspect of acquisition of knowledge,learning interest and independent learning ability.Results At present,this APP can demonstrate the principles of cardiopulmonary physical examination and dynamically show the process of physical examination.Users can conduct physical examinations interactively,which basically meets the needs of teaching and learning.In addition,the questionnaire survey shows that mobile learning assisted teaching methods can help students understand theoretical knowledge,stimulate learning interest,and improve learning enthusiasm while enhancing the ability to master skills.Conclusion The physical examination APP can meet the needs of teachers'teaching and students'learning,and mobile learning assisted teaching method is approved by students and helps them facilitating learning.This APP is worthy of promotion in further teaching.
