摘  要:目的探讨QAIT模型在辅助生殖护理课间实习中的应用效果。方法选取2020年辅助生殖护理课间实习的103期174名护理本科学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方式;选取2021年辅助生殖护理课间实习的104期174名护理本科学生作为试验组,将QAIT模型融入课间实习教学方案的构建及执行中。在课间实习结束后整理分析两组学生的课间实习成绩并进行组间比较,验证基于有效教学QAIT模型的课间实习教学方案的效果。结果试验组课间实习考核成绩为(18.98±0.95)分,高于对照组的(17.47±0.92)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对课间实习教学方案满意度评分为(9.68±0.56),高于对照组的(9.43±0.73)分(P<0.05)。结论在辅助生殖护理课间实习中应用有效教学QAIT模型效果良好,纳入过程评价有利于促进辅助生殖护理教学效果,学生课间实习考核成绩较好,还应继续深化教学改革。Objective To explore the application effect of QAIT model in inter-class practice of assisted reproductive nursing.Methods 174 nursing undergraduates from the 103rd term of assisted reproductive nursing inter-class practice in 2020 were selected as the control group,with traditional teaching used in the teaching.174 nursing undergraduates from the 104th term of assi-sted reproductive nursing inter-class practice in 2021 were included as the experimental group,with QAIT model integrated in the construction and implementation of inter-class practice teach-ing.After the inter-class practice,students'performances were analyzed and compared to test the effect of inter-class practice teaching based on QAIT model of effective teaching.Results The score of the experimental group(18.98±0.95)was higher than that of the control group(17.47±0.92),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With regard to students'score of satisfaction with the inter-class practice teaching,the experimental group showed higher score(9.68±0.56)than the control group(9.43±0.73)(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying QAIT model of effective teaching in inter-class practice of assisted reproductive nursing obtains good effect,bringing it into the process evaluation is conducive to improving the teaching effect of assisted reproductive nursing,and students get good performance in the examination of inter-class practice.This teaching reform should be further deepened.
