社会困境中信息反馈与人际反馈对合作影响的实验研究

摘　　要：反馈机制是解决社会困境中合作问题的重要方案。现有研究分别验证了信息反馈和人际反馈对团队合作水平的影响,但缺少关注二者对此的综合作用与交互影响。采用经典的公共品博弈实验方法,基于社会比较与社会交换理论,探究不同反馈形式对合作的交互影响。研究结果表明:信息反馈通过激发社会比较使得团队成员的合作水平趋同;人际反馈通过预期与实际两种方式产生作用,其中预期人际反馈与信息反馈共同作用促进合作提升;实际人际反馈则从发送者与接收者的不同维度影响个体合作,同时实际接收人际反馈与信息反馈存在交互作用。研究结果还揭示了信息反馈与人际反馈对社会困境中个体合作的作用过程以及二者的交互影响,一定程度上揭开了反馈与合作之间的“黑箱”。The feedback mechanism is an important solution to the problem of cooperation in social dilemmas.Existing studies have verified the influence of information feedback and interpersonal feedback on the level of teamwork,but there is lack of attention to the comprehensive effect and interaction of the two.This paper adopts the classic public goods game experiment method,based on the theories of social comparison and social exchange to explore the comprehensive influence of different feedback forms on cooperation.The research results show that:the information feedback makes the cooperation level of team members tend to average by stimulating social comparison,interpersonal feedback has an effect through two ways of expectation and reality.Among them,expected interpersonal feedback and information feedback work together to promote cooperation,actual interpersonal feedback affects individual cooperation from different dimensions of the sender and receiver,and the actual received interpersonal feedback interacts with information feedback.This article reveals the process of information feedback and interpersonal feedback on individual cooperation in social dilemmas and their comprehensive influence to a certain extent,uncovering the“black box”between feedback and cooperation.
