摘 要:砼地面平整度是地面施工的主要指标之一,精准测量砼地面平整度可提高施工效率。结合三维激光扫描技术与WebGL技术,提出基于点云数据的砼地面平整度可视化方法。利用三维激光扫描仪获取砼地面平整度的点云数据,预处理后经迭代最近点法(ICP)对点云数据精确配准;用随机抽样一致算法(RanSac)拟合出标准面模型,通过局部凸连接(LCCP)方法判别点云数据的凹凸性;最后,结合WebGL技术实现平整度信息的Web端可视化。实验表明:该方法在Web端展现地面的平整度信息,为调整砼地面平整度提供依据。The flatness of concrete ground is one of the main indexes of ground construction.Accurate measurement of concrete floor smoothness can improve construction efficiency.Combined with 3D laser scanning technology and WebGL technology,a visualization method of concrete ground flatness based on point cloud data is proposed.The 3D laser scanner was used to obtain point cloud data of concrete ground flatness,and the point cloud data was accurately registered by iterative closest point algorithm(ICP)after preprocessing.The standard surface model is fitted by the random sample consensus algorithm(RanSac),and the convexity of point cloud data is judged by the local convex connection(LCCP)method.Finally,the Web-side visualization of flatness information is realized with WebGL technology.Experiments show that the method can display the flatness information of the ground on the Web side,and provide the basis for adjusting the flatness of the concrete ground.
