摘　　要：自媒体时代中,一种较为典型的社会边缘群体——“街角青年”依然会存在,他们易背离和谐社会目标,引发社会冲突,给社会基层治理带来困扰。本文就新“街角青年”的形成、引发的社会冲突问题及对这一边缘群体如何善治进行分析探索,以期获得更多方面关注,并为该群体顺利回归主流社会创造条件和机会。In the era of self-media,a more typical social marginalized group--"street corner youth"still exist.They tend to deviate from the goal of harmonious society,cause social conflicts,and bring troubles to social grass-roots governance.This paper analyzes and explores the formation of the new"street corner youth",the social conflicts caused by it,and how to govern this marginal group well in order to get more attention and create conditions and opportunities for this group to smoothly return to the mainstream society.
