摘 要:师范生是未来教师的主要储备力量。相较于师范生专业教育来说,审美教育一直以来都是最薄弱的环节。在对各师范类高校的相关研究中,鲜有学者关注师范生的审美素养培育以及师范教育和审美教育的融合。作者以高校一线教师为视角,探讨如何“润物细无声”地以课堂教学的形式把审美教育有效融入师范生的专业教育中、把美育融入教学工作的全过程。教学开始前,教师要善于发现并把美育元素融入教学之中;教学中,应有效组织教学,发挥师范生的主体作用;教学结束后,要进行多元评价,使师范生成为全面发展的人及新时代优秀的青年教师。Normal university students are the main reserve force for future teachers. Compared with the development of their professional education, aesthetic education has always been the weakest link. In the relevant researches on normal universities, few scholars pay attention to the aesthetic literacy of normal university students and its cultivation, as well as the integration of normal education and aesthetic education. From the perspective of the front-line teachers in universities, this paper discusses how to effectively integrate aesthetic education into the professional education of normal university students in the form of classroom teaching, and the whole process of integrating aesthetic education into teaching work. Before teaching, teachers should be good at discovering and integrating aesthetic elements into teaching. Teaching should be organized effectively and students’ subjectivity should be brought into play. At the end of the teaching, multivariate evaluation is carried out to make normal university students become well-rounded people and outstanding young teachers in the new era in the future.
