摘　　要：过程控制技能人才的培养离不开过程控制实验教学。文章分析了高职院校过程控制实验装置现状,介绍了一套比较理想的过程控制实验装置SMPT。通过分析过程控制实验教学现状,指出可以充分利用SMPT实训装置,在教学模式、教学方法、教学评价和以赛促学等方面对过程控制实验教学进行改革。通过线上线下、理实一体化混合教学,项目化教学方法,创新评价方法,以赛促学等措施,提高了学生学习积极性,提升了教师教学质量,取得了较好的教学效果。The cultivation of process control talents is inseparable from process control experiment teaching.This paper analyzes the current situation of process control experimental device in higher vocational colleges,and introduces a set of ideal process control experimental device SMPT.By analyzing the current situation of process control experiment teaching,it is pointed out that SMPT can be fully used to reform the process control experiment teaching in the aspects of teaching mode,teaching method,teaching evaluation and promoting learning by competition.Through the integration of online and offline,physical and practical teaching,project-based teaching methods,innovative evaluation methods,promoting learning through competition and other measures,students’learning enthusiasm has been improved,teachers’teaching quality has been improved,and good teaching results have been achieved.
