摘 要:软包装材料上的压花花纹通过压花工艺来实现,压花单元结构是实现大幅面软包装材料压花生产的关键。针对大幅面软包装材料压花设备的压花单元接触刚度问题,本研究建立压花单元结构的三维模型,应用有限元接触分析算法、Abaqus软件对其进行非线性接触分析,得到不同结构的真实应力和应变分布,通过比较确定满足大幅面压花生产需求的压花单元结构,为实现大幅面软包装材料的压花生产提供理论及技术保障。The embossing pattern on the soft packaging materials is realized by the embossing process,and the embossed unit structure is the key to realize the production of large-format soft packaging material.Aiming at the contact stiffness problem of embossing element in large-format soft packaging material production line,the threedimensional model of embossing structure was established,and the nonlinear contact analysis was carried out by using the finite element contact analysis algorithm and the Abaqus software,the true stress and strain distributions of different structures were obtained and compared to determine the embossing unit structure which can meet the needs of large format embossing production.It will provide theoretical and technical support for large flexible packaging materials embossing production.
