摘　　要：根据长三角三省一市的招聘网站中关于软件技术人才招聘信息数据,从基本属性和具体属性两大维度构建高职院校软件技术人才画像模型,对软件技术五大热门领域人才需求特征进行实证分析。基于区域软件技术人才画像,围绕区域软件行业发展特色,深化产教融合、校企合作,通过确定“需求化”岗位人才培养目标、强化“多元化”主体协同育人机制、构建“特色化”三螺旋式课程体系、打造“实战化”产教科创实践育人平台,推动人才培养模式的重塑升级,实现人才需求侧与供给侧匹配的动态调整,为行业发展提供人才和技能支撑。According to the recruitment website data for software technical talents of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta, the software technology talent portrait model of higher vocational colleges is constructed from two dimensions of basic attributes and specific attributes, and an empirical analysis is carried out on the characteristics of the demand for talents in the five popular functions of software technology. Based on the portraits of regional software technical talents, centering on the development characteristics of the regional software industry, the integration of industry and education, and school-enterprise cooperation are deepened. Through determining the "demand" software talents training target, strengthening the "diversified" main collaborative education mechanism, building "characteristic" triple helix curriculum system, and the creation of a "practical" education platform of production-teaching-research-entrepreneurship, the talents training mode is promoted to remodel and upgrade, and the dynamic adjustment of talents demand-side and supply-side matching is realized, to provide talents and skill support for the industry development.
