摘 要:结合对当前高校师范教育研究现状的考察及对《中学教育专业认证标准》的重新解读,着重强调和阐释了培养师范生专业认同感与反思能力的重要价值与意义;以汉语言文学专业师范生培养为例,提出3个具体路径:建立第一课堂与第二课堂的协同培育机制,构建校地、校校、校企的协同培育平台,完善线上线下灵活互融的协同培育模式;三条实施原则即:讲究“适度”“制度”和“风度”,坚持“自愿为主、引导为魂”,提高政治站位、严防安全隐患。Through an investigation of the current research status of teacher education in colleges and universities and a re-interpretation of the Professional Accreditation Standards for Secondary Education,this paper emphasizes and explains the important value and significance of cultivating normal students'professional identity and reflective ability.Taking the cultivation of Chinese language and literature normal profession as an example,it proposes three specific paths:establishing a collaborative cultivation mechanism for the first and the second class;building a collaborative cultivation platform for schools and local authorities,schools and enterprises,as well as school and school;improving the online and offline collaborative cultivation model;taking“moderateness”,“system”and“demeanor”as the implementation principles,and paying attention to improving the political position and strictly preventing potential safety hazards.
