摘 要:深埋隧道穿越富水破碎带时,常发生涌水坍塌灾害,延误工期,增加投入,严重时发生人身伤害,因此需采取预先全断面注浆的加固措施。针对这一问题,按平面应变分析,假定注浆加固圈与隧道衬砌径向完全接触,建立理论计算模型,得出了衬砌内缘位移与衬砌外缘压力的理论解。以国内在建特长隧道为工程背景,进行数值模拟分析,验证了公式的正确性。根据理论解,对加固圈的厚度、泊松比、弹性模量、衬砌半径、衬砌厚度5个参数进行分析。建议加固圈厚度与衬砌半径的比值为0.4~0.6;注浆材料弹性模量与衬砌弹性模量比值接近2,泊松比小于0.5,注浆效果最好;在高压富水隧道衬砌设计时,须认识到增加衬砌厚度在减小衬砌内缘位移的同时会增加衬砌外缘承受的压力,因此须综合判断。When the deep buried tunnel passes through the water rich fracture zone, water inrush and collapse often occur, which delays the construction period, increases the investment and causes personal injury in serious cases. Therefore, it is necessary to take the reinforcement measures of full section grouting in advance. In this paper, according to the plane strain analysis, the theoretical calculation model is established on the assumption that the grouting reinforcement ring is in full contact with the tunnel lining, and the theoretical solution of the lining inner edge displacement and the lining outer edge pressure is obtained. Taking the long tunnel under construction in China as the engineering background, numerical simulation analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the formula. According to the theoretical solution, the thickness, Poisson’s ratio, elastic modulus, lining radius and lining thickness are analyzed. It is suggested that the ratio of reinforcement ring thickness to lining radius should be 0.4~0.6;the ratio of grouting material elastic modulus to lining elastic modulus should be close to 2, and Poisson’s ratio should be less than 0.5, to achieve the best grouting effect. In the lining design of high-pressure water rich tunnel, it is necessary to recognize that increasing lining thickness will reduce the displacement of lining inner edge and increase the pressure on lining outer edge, so it is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment.
