协同育人视角下服务区域经济的高职物流实训基地研究与实践--以广西生态工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：广西生态工程职业技术学院物流实训基地经过近20年的建设,通过共建“八位一体,协同育人”的区域型共享实训基地,打造服务区域产业发展的公共平台,服务柳州地方经济和广西林业经济发展。实训基地科学实施产学研协同育人模式,解决了高职物流专业中人才培养与行业职业标准、企业岗位需求不衔接的问题;人才培养目标与工匠精神培育联系不紧密的问题;高职百万扩招背景下,物流管理专业实训基地重复建设及社会服务功能不足的问题。在互联网+创新创业大赛,基地文化传播功能,生态文明教育、开展生态扶贫,生态助推乡村振兴战略等方面进行了创新与实践。The paper pointed out that,through 20 years of development and operation,the"eight in one"collaboration-oriented regional shared practical training base of Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational and Technical College constructed with the purpose to serve the local economy of Liuzhou and the forest economy of Guangxi,has grown into a public platform that serves the development of multiple regional industries.The scientific production-university-research cooperative education mode adopted by the training base has effectively solved many problems,including the mismatch between the training objective of higher vocational logistics talents with the industrial or occupational standards required in reality,or the actual demands of the employing enterprises;the detachment between talent training goal and craftsmanship spirit cultivation;and the redundant construction and lack of social service functionality of logistics management professional training bases against the background of the great enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges.At the end,the paper introduced the innovative and practical measures taken by the training base regarding Internet+innovation and entrepreneurship competition,cultural dissemination,ecological civilization education,ecological poverty alleviation,and ecological protection in boosting the rural revitalization strategy,etc.
