摘　　要：回顾缺血性脑卒中过程总血脑屏障(blood brain barrier, BBB)的动态病理改变与关于BBB在脑缺血性卒中过程中的破坏过程以及当前实验方法在BBB的破坏评估量化过程中的新进展。This article reviews dynamic pathological changes of the total blood-brain barrier(BBB) in the process of ischemic stroke as well as the destruction process of BBB in the process of ischemic stroke and the progress of current experimental method in the quantification of BBB destruction.
